Duration: 60 minutes A complete rejuvenation for your scalp to promote optimal hair growth and scalp health. This treatment includes: • Scalp Analysis: Personalized assessment to address any concerns and determine the best treatment for your scalp. • Exfoliation & Debris Removal: Using a blend of The Clean Remedy products and our advanced scalp spa machine, we gently exfoliate and lift any buildup, dead skin, or debris from the scalp, leaving it fresh and clean. • Hydration & Nourishment: Targeted products are applied to hydrate and replenish the scalp. • Blow Dry: To finish, your hair is blow-dried to perfection, ensuring a smooth and shiny look. This treatment promotes healthy hair growth and a balanced scalp, perfect for those experiencing flakiness, dryness, or buildup.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Reservation Fee (Retainer Fee) & Payment Policy • To secure an appointment, a non-refundable reservation fee is required at the time of booking. • This reservation fee is not a deposit; it is a retainer fee that reserves your appointment time and covers the time set aside exclusively for you. • The remaining balance (if applicable) is due at the time of service. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to receive a full refund of the reservation fee. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the reservation fee, as we are unable to fill that time slot on short notice. • No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost and will not be eligible for future bookings without full prepayment. Late Arrival Policy • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule, and the reservation fee will not be refunded. • If the schedule allows, late arrivals may receive a shortened version of the service with no discount or price adjustment. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Protection Policy By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree that: • The reservation fee is a retainer fee that secures your appointment time and compensates for the time reserved exclusively for you. • The reservation fee is not a deposit, meaning it is non-refundable unless canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice. • If a chargeback is filed for a validly charged retainer fee, we will dispute it with supporting documentation, including: • Confirmation of this policy • Booking records • Communication history regarding the appointment • A signed agreement (if applicable) • Filing a chargeback after agreeing to these terms constitutes fraudulent activity, and legal action may be pursued.
