At The Hair Growth Club by Original Hair Spa Inc., we strive to provide exceptional service while maintaining a fair and professional business operation. By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or using our services, you agree to the following policies.

Store Policy

Product Sales & Returns

    •    All product sales are final due to the nature of personal care and hygiene items.

    •    If a product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or store credit.

    •    We do not offer refunds on used or opened products for sanitary reasons.

    •    Digital products, memberships, or classes are non-refundable once purchased.

 

Gift Cards & Store Credit

    •    Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

    •    Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue and cannot be transferred.

Booking Policy

Our facility is designed to be accessible to individuals with mobility challenges, including:

Reservation Fee (Retainer Fee) & Payment Policy

    •    To secure an appointment, a non-refundable reservation fee is required at the time of booking.

    •    This reservation fee is not a deposit; it is a retainer fee that reserves your appointment time and covers the time set aside exclusively for you.

    •    The remaining balance (if applicable) is due at the time of service.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

    •    We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to receive a full refund of the reservation fee.

    •    Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the reservation fee, as we are unable to fill that time slot on short notice.

    •    No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost and will not be eligible for future bookings without full prepayment.

 

Late Arrival Policy

    •    Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule, and the reservation fee will not be refunded.

    •    If the schedule allows, late arrivals may receive a shortened version of the service with no discount or price adjustment.

Service Policy

Scope of Services

    •    We provide specialized scalp care and hair growth treatments tailored to individual needs. Results vary, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

    •    Clients are responsible for following all post-treatment care instructions provided by our specialists.

 

Health & Safety

    •    If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities, please disclose them before your appointment.

    •    We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment is unsafe for a client due to health reasons.

 

Service Satisfaction

    •    If you have concerns about your service, please notify us before leaving the appointment so we can address them immediately.

    •    We do not offer refunds on services, but we may offer adjustments within 72 hours, at our discretion.

Chargeback & Payment Dispute Protection Policy

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree that:

    •    The reservation fee is a retainer fee that secures your appointment time and compensates for the time reserved exclusively for you.

    •    The reservation fee is not a deposit, meaning it is non-refundable unless canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

    •    If a chargeback is filed for a validly charged retainer fee, we will dispute it with supporting documentation, including:

    •    Confirmation of this policy

    •    Booking records

    •    Communication history regarding the appointment

    •    A signed agreement (if applicable)

    •    Filing a chargeback after agreeing to these terms constitutes fraudulent activity, and legal action may be pursued.
