Time-Based Membership & Appointment Policy
Our membership is designed around time-based care, not a traditional service menu. This model allows us to prioritize hair health, consistency, and results by reserving the appropriate amount of time for each member’s needs.
Time Slots
• Each time slot equals two (2) hours of dedicated hair and scalp care.
• Memberships include three (3) slots per month.
• Appointments are scheduled and fulfilled based on the time required, not the name of a service.
Treatment & Care
• Treatments are determined by the stylist on the day of your appointment based on your scalp condition, hair health, and growth goals.
• This ensures care is customized, effective, and never rushed.
Finish Selection
• Members must select their finish preference prior to booking.
• Finish preferences allow us to accurately reserve the number of time slots needed for your appointment.
• Day-of changes to your finish may require additional slots or rescheduling, depending on availability.
Extended Appointments
• Appointments that exceed the initial two-hour slot will require additional time slots.
• Slot usage will be confirmed in advance whenever possible to ensure transparency and proper scheduling.
Membership Structure
• Memberships are intended to support consistent care.
• Unused slots do not roll over and cannot be transferred.

1. Membership Model Overview
Our memberships operate on a time-based care model, not a traditional service-based menu. Membership benefits include access to a predetermined number of appointment time slots per billing cycle. Each time slot represents a reserved block of professional time dedicated to hair and scalp care.
Memberships do not guarantee specific services, techniques, styles, products, or results. Services provided during each appointment are determined at the professional’s discretion based on the client’s hair condition, scalp health, stated goals, and time availability within the booked slot.

2. Scope of Services
Membership appointments may include, but are not limited to:
• Scalp assessments and consultations
• Scalp care and maintenance treatments
• Hair health treatments
• Maintenance services aligned with hair growth and scalp wellness
The specific treatments performed during each appointment may vary. The professional reserves the right to modify, limit, or decline any service that is deemed unsafe, unrealistic, contraindicated, or outside the scope of the time slot or membership tier.

3. No Guaranteed Results
Hair growth, scalp health, retention, and cosmetic outcomes vary by individual and are influenced by multiple factors including but not limited to genetics, lifestyle, medical history, hormonal balance, stress, nutrition, and at-home care compliance.
No guarantees or warranties are made regarding:
• Hair growth rate or density
• Length retention
• Scalp condition improvement timelines
• Styling outcomes
Membership participation does not constitute a promise of specific results. By enrolling, the client acknowledges and accepts this variability.

4. Membership Fees & Billing
• Memberships are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected plan.
• All membership fees are non-refundable, including unused time slots.
• Missed, late, or canceled appointments may result in forfeiture of that time slot, per our cancellation policy.
• Membership pricing reflects access to professional time, expertise, and care—not a per-service valuation.

5. Time Slots & Usage
• Time slots must be used within the active billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
• Time slots are non-transferable and may not be shared.
• Unused time does not roll over unless explicitly stated in the membership terms.
• Late arrivals may result in shortened appointments with no adjustment to the time slot value.

6. Special Requests & Non-Member Services
Clients who are not ready to commit to a membership may book Special Request appointments, subject to availability.
• Scalp Care Special Requests: $100
• Additional Hair Care Special Requests: Starting at $200
Special Request appointments are single-visit services and do not include ongoing care planning, priority booking, or membership benefits.

Clients agree to:

Failure to disclose relevant information releases the business from liability related to service outcomes or reactions.

9. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Services
We reserve the right to:
• Refuse service for safety, ethical, or professional reasons
• Discontinue a membership if a client repeatedly violates policies
• Terminate services for noncompliance, abusive behavior, or unrealistic demands
No refunds will be issued for memberships terminated due to policy violations.

All descriptions, educational content, marketing materials, and verbal explanations are intended to describe the structure and philosophy of our care model, not to promise specific outcomes.
By enrolling, the client acknowledges that:
• Services are time-based, not service-guaranteed

By booking or enrolling, the client releases and holds harmless The Hair Growth Club, Original Hair Spa, its owners, contractors, and staff from liability for:
• Allergic reactions
• Hair shedding or breakage
• Dissatisfaction with results
• Delays in visible progress
Except in cases of gross negligence.
